The CC1 is available in (2) configurations. Figure 1. The supply air exits the top of the cabinet and the return air enters the bottom of the cabinet. Figure 2. The supply air exits the bottom of the cabinet and the return air enters the top of the cabinet. This choice allows you to select the best configuration for air flow depending on the location of controls within the cabinet.

The unit is serviceable from either side through hinged covers that are secured by quarter turn fasteners.

The standard cabinet construction is aluminum with baked powder coat finish. Stainless steel is an option

A template is provided to allow you to make a precise cut out on the control cabinet. (See figure 1) A gasket and mounting hardware are furnished to insure an air tight seal on the cabinet.

The CC1 is available for operation on all standard industrial voltages. AC and DC.

Evaporator coil is copper tube aluminum fin, 12 fins per inch. Heresite coating is applied for maximum corrosion protection.

The cabinet is insulated.

Drain pan is stainless steel.

Applications:

The Model CC1 cabinet cooler evaporator is designed specifically for cooling sensitive electronic controls that are mounted in High ambient, high dirt or highly corrosive environments.

This versatile, compact evaporator can be connected to a wide variety of condenser sections. It is compatible with many different refrigerants i.e. R-134a, R-22, R-124 and R-407C. The CC1 is found on overhead crane control cabinets in heavy industry or stationary control cabinets in Motor Control Centers.
